Orifice

  • Used to measure the rate of flow of Gas or Liquid by measuring differential pressure
  • Mainly used for robust applications due to its durability and it being very economical
  • Less space is required for install making it ideal for space constrained applications
  • Installation direction may be vertical, horizontal, or inclined
  • Applications for Natural Gas, Oil Filtration Plants, Water Treatment Plants, Petrochemicals and Refineries

Ultrasonic

  • Measures the velocity of a fluid with ultrasound to calculate volume flow
  • Used in the production pipeline and refined products industries for custody transfer measurement of larger volumes of natural gas from 6MMCFD, on up
  • Sizing based upon pressure, temperature, density, and velocity
  • A typical custody transfer system design is restricted to a minimum of 10fps to 70fps
  • Pipe diameters based on flow conditioner & upstream piping

Coriolis

Accurate measurement of liquids and gas is a critical application for all oil and gas industry production or consumption sites. This especially holds true for bulk transfer devices where large volumes of product are being transferred and must be monitored.

Turbine

Turbine flow meters use the mechanical energy of the liquid to rotate a rotor in the flow stream. The rotational speed of the rotor is directly proportional to the velocity of the fluid travelling through the meter. These meters are used in numerous industries to reliably measure the velocity of a variety of liquids, gases and vapors.

Positive Displacement

A positive displacement flow meter is the high level of accuracy that they offer, the high precision of internal components means that clearances between sealing faces is kept to a minimum. PD meters are volumetric flow measurement instruments great for chemical injection, valve testing, low flow rates, hazardous environments, and measurement of flows.

Thermal Mass

Thermal mass flow meters for the measurement of the total mass flow rate of a fluid, primarily gases, flowing through closed conduits.  Used in Oil & Gas Processing, Petrochemical, Mechanical Power, Pipeline, and Gas Storage Industries.  Our  Thermal Mass Meter provides reliable mass measurement for air and gas flow applications, wide turndown ratio, very low pressure drop, no moving parts, application flexibility, and a direct digital gas mass flow rate measurement.
